Behaviour Change
I support clients to understand and change patterns of behaviour that may be impacting their daily lives, wellbeing, and relationships. Together we explore the thoughts, habits, and coping strategies that may have developed over time and gently work toward healthier, more supportive ways of responding.
For some people this may involve learning practical strategies such as pacing activities when living with chronic illness, building healthier routines, managing stress or anxiety, or reducing behaviours that may be unintentionally reinforcing difficulties.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence so they can make meaningful, sustainable changes in their everyday lives.

Autism Assessment Support
I offer autism assessment support using internationally recognised gold-standard tools, including the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) and ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised). I understand that seeking an autism assessment can feel overwhelming, particularly when waiting lists are long and private diagnostic services can feel financially out of reach.
My approach is compassionate, person-centred, and neuroaffirming, recognising that every individual’s experience is unique. Assessments explore developmental history, strengths, lived experiences, sensory needs, communication, and areas of challenge to help build a clearer understanding of yourself or your child and support next steps.
Assessments typically take between 3–5 hours in total, depending on individual needs. The ADOS-2 assessment usually takes approximately one hour, whilst the ADI-R developmental interview can take up to three hours. Some individuals may require additional time, and sessions are paced sensitively to ensure people feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
Following assessment, time is also dedicated to scoring, interpretation, and the preparation of an individualised specialist report, summarising findings and recommendations to support understanding and next steps.
Following assessment, where appropriate, clients can be referred onward to a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to support the formal diagnostic process, helping to provide a clearer and more accessible pathway to assessment and diagnosis.
5-7 hours - From £395, Payment plans are available to help make assessments more accessible, and a limited number of subsidised places are available for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.
“Isabel is really friendly and knows her stuff. I wasn’t really a fan of the idea of seeing someone about my problem, but she made me feel totally at ease and the techniques she has taught me have really helped.”
